3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased:
3.1 Digital Products and Educational Materials
For digital products, including downloadable guides, e-books, and educational materials:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- The product must not have been substantially accessed or downloaded
- You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
- Refunds are processed at our discretion based on the circumstances
3.2 Services and Consultations
For services such as consultations or personalized guidance:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 50%
- No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds
- Refunds for partially completed services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
3.3 Subscription Services
For recurring subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
- Refunds for the current billing period may be considered in exceptional circumstances
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free products, services, or promotional items
- Products or services that have been fully delivered or completed
- Digital products that have been fully accessed or downloaded
- Services rendered more than 14 days prior to the refund request
- Third-party products or services purchased through our platform
5. How to Request a Refund

- You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
7. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Services that were partially completed or delivered
- Products with obvious signs of use or access
- Late cancellations as specified in Section 3.2
- Any item not in its original condition or with missing components
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product or service:
- Request a refund following the process outlined in Section 5
- Once the refund is processed, you may make a new purchase
9. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing digital products or services:

- We will work to resolve the technical issue within 48 hours
- If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be provided
- Technical issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase
10. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under New Zealand consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product or service fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the terms of this policy.
